COVID-19 Information- Due to the current global situation, our delivery times may take longer. But please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.
Our standard delivery operates weekdays from Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm.
All UK deliveries cost £6.99.
All UK orders can take up to 10 working days, however, depending on the style and colour of the dress you have chosen, some orders can take longer. A delivery date is confirmed via email once the order is placed.
All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present at the delivery address to accept your parcel. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We understand that sometimes the fit isn't right, so we're happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and with all labels still attached.
You have 14 working days to request a refund from Cristiano Couture London.
It is important to note that your return postage are not covered by Cristiano Couture London.
We kindly ask for all returns to be sent as a signed posted delivery to avoid any parcels going missing and so we can track the items if this happens. Parcels with no tracking ID may result in not receiving a refund.
For any refunds, please email email@example.com along with your order number and your reason for return. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for a confirmation email.
Card refunds may take up to 21 business days depending on your bank's processing times. Please speak with your bank for more information regarding their processing times.
